Chill & Flow

Location: Live Online with Yoga Loft Studios

Time: Saturdays, 12pm CST (60 minutes)

About: The first half of class will be a gentle yoga flow followed by stretching. All levels are welcome.

Yin Yoga (at a wall) Workshop & Meditation

Location: Live Online for Chill Anywhere

Time: Saturday, May 30th, 1:15 CST (1.25 hours)

About: Need an hour to rest and reconnect? Come join me for a gentle yin yoga practice that uses the wall as a yoga prop for total support and relaxation. We’ll close with a 15-minute meditation. All levels are welcome. You’ll need to find a bare wall in your home (at least the distance of your arm-span) for you to practice against. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and few throw pillows.
